Sagar Chaudhuri

CEO and Co-Founder

Sagar is the Co-Founder and CEO of HiFives. He is a serial entrepreneur with expertise in SaaS products, digital marketing and analytics. He also co-founded a SaaS-based HR platform called Pertivo, an intelligent recruitment platform. He is involved in many start-ups and traditional businesses in advisory roles. In the past, Sagar has worked in companies such as Genpact, Infosys and ICICI Bank in senior positions. He has an engineering degree from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Lucknow.

Anilkumar Kalyane

Head of Technology and Co-Founder

Anil is responsible for driving the technology behind HiFives. He has nearly 15+ years of experience in building products and platforms, working for startups such as Ace Turtle, Phablecare and Portea. Anil is an expert in application architecture and devops, and has been responsible for scaling up several digital platforms for hyper growth. Anil holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering from Bangalore University.

Vathsala P

Head of Customer Success & Co-Founder

Vathsala is the Co-Founder of HiFives. She is responsible for driving ROI from client programs by working closely with all stakeholders. Vathsala has over 19 years of experience in client management, program implementation, customer service and customer operations, working with companies such as BI Worldwide, Accentiv, OC Tanner (Kwench), Net Carrots, and India Plaza.

Jagadish Velagapudi

Advisor and Co-Founder

Jagadish is a Co-Founder of HiFives. He is currently an Advisor to HiFives. He has over 24 years of experience in the technology domain with Accenture, Wipro, Infosys and JP Morgan Chase. He has been the Head of Internal Innovation Fund and Head of Innovation in the Silicon Valley for Wipro and Head of Technology Platform Sales at Accenture. He is also an Advisor to Pertivo, an intelligent recruitment platform. He has always been passionate about technology-based platforms.

The Founders and Senior Management Team of HiFives comes with solid experience and expertise in business management and technology. The team brings strong industry experience, the expertise of technology and program management skills to understand the business requirements of the client, suggest process improvements and best practices, and drive the implementation of the HiFives solution to deliver the desired benefits.

The team strongly believes in their vision of building scalable technology platforms that would help organizations address business problems.

Recognition is a basic human need and employees want to be rewarded and recognized in any organization. However, what mature organizations are rewarding employees for, would be different from what younger organizations are doing.

Mature organizations might be rewarding employees for pushing the limits of their systems and process and improving upon them, working seamlessly across structures. Whereas younger organizations might be rewarding employees for getting the job done despite all odds, putting processes into place that others can follow and coming up with large scale innovation.

Also, the reward structures might vary based on the velocity of work and change. Mature organizations might have a higher mix of more planned and structured awards as opposed to instant or spot awards. Younger organizations might have more of unstructured and unplanned rewards and recognition such as spot awards.
